How do I download the Core Return Tag for my Exchange Order?

You can download your Core Return Tag for your Exchange order within Order Status.

Search for your order within Order Status.
Once your order pulls up, click the "View Details" button which will take you to the Order Status Details page.
At the line item level, within "Other Documents" you will see a blue link to the "Core Return Tag."

Click the "Core Return Tag" link to download.

Please note:

At this time, you can download the Core Return Tag within Order Status for Exchange order types only.
Core Return Tags are available for download within Order Status for orders created after August 2020 to present. Anything prior to August, you would need to retrieve from our Core Returns application here.
