The Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) umbrella of offerings from Honeywell is evolving the way maintenance planning for business aviation works. MSP Avionics Components (formerly known as HAPP) is the most widely recognized maintenance offering in the industry, taking the uncertainty out of repair and maintenance costs for avionics on-board your aircraft.

Our MSP Avionics Components Gold offers extra benefits over the standard coverage. Enjoy Gold support at a fixed price that will not increase over time. Gold benefits include:

- Extended troubleshooting.
- Counter to counter shipments and Saturday delivery.
- No additional fees resulting from “no fault founds” (NFF).

JetWave is Honeywell’s satellite communications system that provides seamless, high-speed inflight Wi-Fi connectivity for business aviation. It allows passengers to stay connected anytime, anywhere, and at any altitude, offering the fastest broadband available for business aviation, JetWave’s reliability and global coverage make it an exceptional choice for those who need consistent and fast internet access during their flights.
Our customers can now cover out of warranty Jetwave components under MSP Avionics, including Modman, KANDU, KRFU, APM, and Mount Antennas in MCS-8000 and MCS-8100 configurations. Eligible for Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstram, Dassault, and other platforms equipped with Jetwave.

Boeing (Aviall): This optional program covers Break Assembly and it can be annexed to MSP Avionics or Mechanical Components agreements. This coverage offers lower exchange prices for break assemblies through Boeing and it provides protection against unwarranted exchanges. Some eligible platforms are: Citation V/Ultra/CJ1/Bravo/Excel/XLS/Encore, H800/XP, PC-12, F0/EX, and CL600/601.
SkyConnect - Masco: This optional program covers SkyConnect Iridium-based fleet tracking systems and can be added to MSP Avionics helicopter enrollments. By adding this coverage, customers enjoy price protection against unwarranted exchanges, lower maintenance costs through superior offering, and minimized AOG turnaround times. Eligible platforms are: Agusta AW139, and Sikorsky S76.
Viasat: This optional program covers Viasat’s VR-12T an Airborne satellite communications system for bandwidth intensive applications, and it can be annexed to MSP Avionics agreements. This coverage allows customers to minimize AOG turnaround times, as well as to receive free of charge exchanges upon failure. Some eligible platforms are: GIV, GIV SP, G400, GV, G500, G450, G550, G650, and Global Express.
The Ovation Select cabin management system from Honeywell offers your passengers a broad range of cabin entertainment, control and integrated communications that maximize in-flight comfort and productivity.
MSP Avionics gives customers the option of covering their Ovation Select components, this includes Cabin Management Systems (CMS) – Cabin Entertainment and Control & Integrated Communications. This additional program is optional and allows budget control and lower maintenance costs. Eligible for Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Dassault platforms.
Did you know batteries for NZ-2000 and IC-800 are covered under your Maintenance Service Plan – Avionics? Operators can exchange batteries that need to be replaced for free under the MSP Avionics program and receive a new battery for your avionics.
For instructions on replacing batteries operators are recommended to follow respective applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AAM).
