How do I reset my password?

How do I reset my password?


1. Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen and select Sign In to MyAerospace.


2. Insert your Username / Email and click Next.

3. The Username / Email you previously entered will be displayed here
4. If you still intend to reset your password, click on Forgot Password

5. Please retype the Username / Email for which you want to reset your password and click on Continue. Please keep this browser tab open as you will need it to insert the validation code received over email in the next step.

6. A message will be sent from to the email address of the user containing the reset password validation code. This code will be valid for 15 minutes. If, after a successful reset attempt, the password validation code is not received, please check the Spam/Junk folder, or use the Send Link option in step 10.

7. Return to the previous tab left open on step 5 and insert the received validation code and your new password. Click on the Update button.

8. You successfully updated your password using the validation code option
9. Please click OK to return to the main homepage and sign in with your new updated password

10. If, after step 5, you don't receive a validation code or the code expired, you can also request a link to reset your password. Click on the Send Link button as shown below.


11. An on-screen confirmation will be displayed announcing that the reset link has been sent to your email address.


12. Please check your email address and click on the reset link


13. Enter your New Password


You successfully updated your password using the Send Link option.
Please click OK to return to the main homepage and sign in with your new updated password.
On-screen confirmations are displayed similarly to steps 8 and 9 above.
