Air Separation Module Kit

Consisting of a new Air Separation Module and an advanced technology drop-in replacement filtration system, the Honeywell ASMK will provide operators an industry leading guaranteed life requiring only a pre-filter replacement at every 12,000 hours.

The Honeywell Air Separation Module Kit (ASMK) brings Honeywell’s upgraded Air Separation Module (ASM) together with an industry-leading advanced drop-in replacement filtration system. Engineered for demanding environments, the ASMK has a guaranteed life of 7 years and requires only a pre-filter replacement every 12,000 hours of flight.

The recently upgraded ASMs utilize the latest Nitrogen Generation Systems (NGS) to improve performance, reduce maintenance costs and eliminate unscheduled downtime. Longer life and higher durability will eliminate the need for unscheduled ASM removal and replacement.

Key Benefits

  • Specifically designed for commercial aerospace applications
  • Industry-leading 7 years warranty
  • Economical alternative to expensive OEM ASM replacement units
  • Reduced operational and maintenance costs

What does an Air Separation Module Kit (ASMK) consist of?

The Honeywell Air Separation Module Kit (ASMK) consists of:

  • One Air Separation Module (ASM)
  • Advanced technology drop-in replacement filtration system
How often do I need to replace the filtration system?

The drop-in replacement filter should be replaced every 12,000 hours of flight.
