Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) umbrella of offerings from Honeywell is evolving the way maintenance planning for airlines works. Incorporating legacy component service plans, including Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA), Performance Based Contract (PBC), Flat Rate (FR) and Integrated Service Solution (ISS), all our service offerings will now sit under the Maintenance Service Plan umbrella.

Maintenance Service Plan – Components is a best-in-class aftermarket flight hour program designed to ensure high aircraft dispatch reliability, while providing predictable and cost effective maintenance options. Our solutions are customizable, flexible and can be tailored to accommodate the often complex and unique requirements of airlines. You can choose the coverage that best meets your needs which means you can rest easy, knowing your fleet is protected in the way that matters most for your airline

Options available within the Maintenance Service Plan for components:
Standard Repair and Overhaul (R&O) service features with a flight hour agreement:
- Honeywell repairs to highest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification, no Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA) parts
- Safety service bulletins
- Reliability service bulletins
- Beyond Economical Repair protection
- Obsolescence protection **

- Asset management**

Asset management - We offer two different models which can be selected depending on your need:
- Advance Mx where the assets are owned by the airline
- Developed for airlines who want to continue to manage their inventory needs
- Components are repaired or overhauled to the highest OEM specifications, or exchanged from Honeywell’s OEM pool
- Flight hour rates enable financial predictability
- Agreed service level commitments
- Advance Pool where the assets are owned by Honeywell
- Designed for airlines who want to eliminate or minimize component asset capital expenditure
- Components are repaired or overhauled to the highest OEM specifications
- Access to OEM pools for mechanical, electrical and lighting components in your region to meet your service level needs
- Flight hour based program that provides financial predictability
- Agreed service level commitments
Whichever option you choose, the following services can be added:
- Asset recommendations
- Choice of minimum service level based on your requirements, from 95 – 98%.
- Different service level requirements available for each order demand category (Routine or Aircraft On Ground)
- Multiple consigned stock locations can be selected
