Maintenance Service Plan - Propulsion
Maintenance Service Plan - Propulsion
Remove the financial uncertainty from future propulsion repairs and maintenance with Honeywell’s Maintenance Service Plan for business jets.
Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) umbrella of offerings from Honeywell is evolving the way maintenance planning for business aviation works. Incorporating Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan (HAPP), Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) and Maintenance Protection Plan (MPP), all our service offerings will now sit under the Maintenance Service Plan umbrella.
Your aircraft is a big investment...an investment worth protecting. Designed specifically for your Honeywell engines, Maintenance Service Plan - Propulsion is an efficient and cost-effective program offering a practical alternative for managing future maintenance expenses. Aircraft owner/operators have learned to rely on Honeywell to protect them from the unexpected. So, avoid unplanned maintenance costs. Avoid downtime. Avoid unnecessary stress. After all, when it comes to your aircraft, time is money. See below for new elements of MSP- Propulsion. You can also compare Honeywell’s MSP to other industry programs by downloading the infographic (at right).
Introducing Honeywell Ensemble (NEW)
Generations of business jet owners have relied on the Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) to protect their propulsion engines. With Honeywell Ensemble, we’re tapping into the power of digitization to make MSP easier to use, provide greater engine performance data, and reduce aircraft downtime and maintenance burden.
Don't miss this new article about Honeywell Ensemble: Connect to Protect: Honeywell Ensemble Ushers in a New Era for MSP.
Among other benefits, Honeywell Ensemble offers:
- Enabling operators to identify and address potential mechanical issues before they become major problems.
- Providing unprecedented access to engine performance data through the unique Honeywell Forge data analytics platform.
- Saving time and hassle by automatically downloading engine usage information for usage-based MSP records.
- (Coming soon) A digital logbook to improve maintenance recordkeeping.
Honeywell Ensemble operates by installing a single Honeywell Engine Data Gateway on each aircraft. This Wi-Fi-enabled device collects data from the aircraft's engine computers and transmits it to Honeywell Forge so that your ground crew can review in the data viewer for engine condition trend monitoring after every flight.
Usage Based Contracts
We’re making MSP - Propulsion even better by introducing our first Usage-Based Maintenance Service Plan for HTF Series and TFE731-20/40/50/60 propulsion engines. The program uses advanced connected aircraft technology to monitor engines for preferred operation indicators. Honeywell uses data analytics to track key performance parameters including flight length, throttle setting and environment. Operators are eligible for a discount of up to 10 percent off the hourly rate for operating their aircraft under optimal conditions. Usage based feature provides more flexibility for MSP operators with data they can use to further improve the operation of their aircraft. Usage-Based MSP is available now for all new MSP customers on qualifying engines; current customers will transition to the new program when their plan comes up for renewal.
HTF7000 Nacelle Coverage
At Honeywell, we value your peace of mind as much as you value your aircraft. We know your aircraft is an important investment that you wish to protect by keeping it risk-free, well maintained, and always ready for takeoff. You can now benefit from additional maintenance coverage for your nacelle system that reduces downtime, limits unexpected repair costs, and offers better control over maintenance needs and budgets. With our HTF Nacelle Maintenance Service Plan (MSP), you get to choose from multiple tiers of the program to select the solution that best fits your operational requirements, reduces your maintenance costs and increases the efficiency of your operation – granting you peace of mind.
Go for Gold
Maintenance Service Plan - Propulsion also offers a Gold level of service. Gold coverage expands your standard coverage to include many of the additional charges often associated with Engine and Nacelle repairs. The Gold extended coverage includes items such as:
• LRU removal and reinstallation labor
• Freight in and freight out expenses
• Access time
• Extended troubleshooting allowances
• Routine inspection labor
The above items, and more, are now covered under the MSP Gold program for a small additional hourly fee.
