Use this screen to navigate to various functions in the Core Returns application.

 

1. Search for Core Records: click here to create a list of core records based on user-selected criteria such as customer name/code, core record status, condition code, order number, due date range, etc. After shipped/issued parts have been searched, select a single order/line item to complete/print a Core Return Tag, send comments to the Core Returns Administrator, or check to see if the core is an acceptable part number.

2. Batch Ship Core Records: click here to create a list of core records based on user-selected criteria such as customer name/code, core record status, condition code, order number, due date range, etc. After shipped/issued parts have been searched, select one or more order/line items to complete/print Core Return Tags.

3. View Reports and Metrics: click one of these items to generate a report based on user-selected criteria such as customer name/code, order number, date range, etc.
Core Turnaround Time - Customer: calculates the time it took between shipping/issuing a customer's part from Honeywell and receiving the customer's core at Honeywell. The results will be displayed in graphic form.
Detailed Core Report - Customer: displays a list of core records based on user-selected criteria such as customer name/code, core record status, due date range, etc.

4. Date of last batch process completion: the date and time displayed is for the last time the batch upload process completed. The batch upload process is the process by which data is taken from legacy mainframe systems into the Core Returns application. Mainframe data is a snapshot of yesterday's data; any data changed today in the mainframe will display tomorrow in the Core Returns application. The date displayed here is the last time an update was made which would display the previous day's data in the Core Returns application.
