Bell UH-1 Iroquois
The UH-1 Iroquois (nicknamed "Huey") is a utility military helicopter powered by our T53 single turboshaft engine. Several upgrades are available on the Huey to help operational efficiency and safety.

Engine Upgrade – The T53-L-703 Huey II single engine replaces two engines and a combining gearbox, resulting in lower cost of ownership, with a mean time between overhaul of 5,000 hours.
Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) - A sensor-based monitoring system that enables Condition-Based Maintenance by measuring the health and performance of mission-critical components in aircraft.
