Gulfstream G650 & 650ER

Gulfstream G650 & 650ER

Improve efficiency, productivity, performance, uptime, comfort and safety with Honeywell solutions for the Gulfstream G650 & 650ER.

The Gulfstream G650 and G650ER aircraft deliver a redefined experience for pilots and passengers with new technology that sets a new standard across business jets all around the world. By testing their long, unfettered wings, these platforms create unique flying environments that ensure a smooth ride for everyone.

The G650 and G650ER provide travelers enough space for long trips providing room for up to 19 passengers and 10 sleeping areas. The cabins, created with advanced technology, allow business owners and operators the ability to customize their surroundings and increase comfort.

As one of the many upgrades to the G650 and G650ER, Honeywell’s IntuVue 3D weather radar provides a comprehensive display to increase situational awareness and reduce weather-related delays. With this information, pilots can see and avoid storms and turbulence with airborne weather radar. On average, turbulence-related incidents cost airlines an average of $150,000 per incident.

The G650 and G650ER provide pilots and aircraft owners with one of the most advanced avionics platforms in operation today. Gulfstream’s PlaneView cockpit, derived from Honeywell’s Primus Epic cockpit display systems, delivers a comprehensive solution to make software upgrades quick and easy.

To improve safety on both platforms, Honeywell offers a software upgrade to enhance ground proximity warning systems (EGPWS), SmartRunway and SmartLanding. With these additions, pilots are more aware of their surroundings and positional awareness so that they’re able to minimize runway incursions and excursions.

Another feature many operators take advantage of when using SmartRunway and SmartLanding is visual messaging to the already popular runway advisory and awareness system (RAAS.) This allows installation flexibility, which gives pilots timely information and an overall quieter cockpit environment.
