Spares Order details

Open Orders: “On Time”, “Past Due”, and “Behind Schedule”

1. Order Status in Header & Line Item data.

Estimated Ship Date is found in the Line Item data (4).

2. Documents may be downloaded (Order Acknowledgements, Invoices, Shippers, etc)

3. Follow or Share order, or Contact Honeywell

4. Show Additional Details will provide more part detail

Open Orders: “Hold” pending Honeywell review.

5. Hold Status details are provided.

6. There will not be an estimated ship date for an order on hold.

7. Follow or Share order, Contact Honeywell, and add Order Comments to a case.

Open Orders: “Hold” pending Customer action.

If the order is on hold pending Customer action, there will be details indicating the action required.

Status of “Shipped”, “Closed”, Cancelled.

8. Order Status is found in two places – Header and Line Item data

9. Ship information (date shipped, tracking, and carrier) for every shipment

10. Invoice document may be downloaded

11. Documents related to shipment can be downloaded

12. Share order, Contact Honeywell, or Submit Feedback
