    Problem:

    Due to increased height of the Post SB 131-49-8393 Rotor Seal, the measurements and calculated values change, which will change the amount of shims to be used. We are having problems shimming the load compressor to get the necessary clearance. Is it possible that the 2 rings of the rotor seal should be perfectly aligned to make the total height 0.309" instead of 0.320"? Do you have any advice?

    PC-12 NGX in for annual recently, when performing Reversionary checks the DU 3 and 4 show Red X

    When the customer switches the video source for the copilot PFD to AGM1 using the back-up switch, no video on either DU 3 or4. Customer swapped DU locations to verify that the problem is not in the DU itself. The issue appears to be in the video line from the pilot’s PFD to the copilot’s PFD which is in connector M122P4 either A or B.
