During LEAP-1B engine disassembly, a gap was noticed between the manual override housing on the PN 63216103-1, Starter Air Valve (SAV) and the mating override extension tube. We compared it with valves from other engines and there is no such gap. We suspect that the gap is caused by the part of the spring that is visible. We also can observe that the flange looks bent. Please advise if this condition is serviceable.

Technician reported an issue with a Pilatus PC-12 NG Aircraft experiencing a 'DU3 Boot Loop on Standby Power Only' upon arrival. Despite performing reversionary checks as per the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, he was unable to replicate the fault. The crew did not report a CAS for the event.

Gulfstream G650 Delta/DDL charts and successfully downloaded charts from IDM. Uploaded them successfully to the aircraft with no issues and the dates updated correctly. Customer reported that the new charts/charts that had changes did not replace the old charts in the aircraft. Example: DFW now shows 6 charts, 3 from the old cycle and 3 from the new. Customer states they have the charts, but there are now duplicates and it appears as if the new charts database did not overwrite the old charts. Why is this occurring?
