How do I request tool access?

How do I request tool access?

1. Click on the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Sign In with your Username and Password.

3. Click on the Profile name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Manage My Account" from the drop-down column.

4. Per your account permissions, you may get access to certain applications. Under the "Manage My Account" page, you will see a list of applications that you have access granted. Some applications require you to request access and for others your account has no permission.

To request access to available applications click Request.

5. Depending on the nature of the application, additional requirements may apply. For the applications you are required to provide extra information, please fill in the form and click “Submit.”

6. You will receive an access granted confirmation message.

7. For “approved” applications, you will receive an access-approved email on your mail account.

8. Click "Launch" button to use the application.

9. Some applications require a manual review and verification.

10. These applications will show a “Pending” status after submitting the necessary information.

11. For pending applications, an email will be sent to your email account until the access is granted.

12. Per your account permissions, you may get "Account Not Permitted" status to certain applications. Please check "More Info" button for details. This message indicates that your company is not permitted to use the application.
