1. View Order Status
2. Follow an order
3. View Ship Date
4. Documents may be downloaded (Order Acknowledgements, Invoices, Shippers, etc)
5. View Tracking Number for the customer inbound core
6. View Tracking Number for the outbound shipment to the customer
7. View Line Item Status
8. View Workscope
9. View Warranty Info
10. View Certifications & Service Bulletin Info
11. Contact Honeywell about your order
12. If an order is On Hold pending action, there will be details indicating what action is required to remove the hold
Note: there will not be an estimated ship date for an order on hold
13. View Repair Quote
14. Quote Approval can be done by selecting the desired action and clicking Approve
