We have fully automated the Aircraft on Ground (AOG) order process. Customers may now submit orders for Spares, Exchange Parts and/or Repair Services via the Online Ordering in support of an AOG.


How will my AOG order be handled if I place it on the portal?

Your order will be routed automatically to the site and shipped with the same expediency you experience today.

Am I able to enter in an AOG for all different part conditions?

Currently, the AOG ordering capability supports Spares, Exchange and Repair order types.

Am I able to drop ship an AOG unit?

Yes, the AOG ordering capability supports the ability to drop ship an AOG unit.
