How to Submit an Order Online with a Pricing Exception Request?

If you believe that the price shown online is incorrect for any reason, you can submit your order with a Pricing Exception and the order will be placed on hold for a Honeywell representative to review. The order will not ship until mutual agreement is made on pricing.

1. Proceed to Online Ordering
2. Search for a part
3. Click on Request Pricing Exception

4. Choose an Exception Type from the dropdown menu & fill out the webform
5. Click Add to Cart

6. View and Edit your Pricing Exception request from the cart page
