Honeywell Signs New Distribution Agreement with Sherwood Aviation for Mechanical Components

Honeywell Signs New Distribution Agreement with Sherwood Aviation for Mechanical Components

Honeywell has selected Sherwood Aviation as a new world-wide distributor for mechanical components and other products on military and government platforms. Acting as a one-stop-shop for mechanical components, this three-year agreement will allow Sherwood Aviation to continue to provide high-quality technical and mechanical support for its customers.

Sherwood Aviation is an OEM quality provider of component repairs, overhauls, sales and exchanges, serving military, commercial, and regional fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft since 1991. With over 28 years working as a component MRO provider for Honeywell, Sherwood is committed to providing industry-leading service and support, offering comprehensive solutions fitted to dynamic market demands. As a recognized solutions provider, Sherwood offers comprehensive repair services, including component modernization, retrofit and upgrade programs, innovative sustainment products, and value-added sales support.

“This distribution agreement is highly complementary to our service center agreement in the fact that we are able to meet the customers need for spare parts and are able to speak to them on a technical nature.” “As we are already servicing this hardware, we know and understand the customer’s requirements and what parts they need because they are the same customers that we support from an MRO perspective,” said Kevin Terrell, Vice President, Channel Development.

Honeywell is excited to continue its relationship with its well-known channel partner and looks forward to offering unique and exclusive programs that increase cost savings and help avoid obsolescence for its customers.
