Everybody needs a little help now and then, and on the Pilot Gateway help is always just a click away. Here’s how to get assistance from the experts.

Start by logging onto the Pilot Gateway. Once you’re logged on, help is just a mouse click away. Simply click on the Contact Us button in the bottom-right corner of the page.

This takes you to the Contact Us page where you get access to helpful U.S. and international phone numbers to the Honeywell Customer Support team.

If you prefer, you can send your question online to the Honeywell Customer Support Team by filling out the form on this page. You can even send the information directly to your FTS pilot by selecting the slider at the top of the page.

Once you’ve selected the slider, a window pops up showing you a list of Program Pilots you can contact. Select the appropriate one and they’ll be copied on your submission.

Select the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form and the information will be sent to the Honeywell Customer Support team and the FTS Pilot (if one was selected).
Feedback Please!
Honeywell and the FTS team wants to hear from you. Simply click on the Feedback button, then select the appropriate product from the dropdown list and tell them what you think.

If it’s a product you use, enter the aircraft and product information, upload a picture (if desired), and leave your comments. If it’s not a product you use, just deselect the slider and then provide your feedback, suggestions for new products, upgrades, enhancements – whatever’s on your mind.

Technically Speaking
If your questions are more on the technical side, clicking on the Technical Issues button will take you where you need to go. This takes you to the Technical Issues page where you get access to helpful U.S. and international phone numbers to the Honeywell Aerospace Technical Support team.
