Operators Conference Brings Together 300 Customers from Across Mexico

Operators Conference Brings Together 300 Customers from Across Mexico

More than 300 customers from all across Mexico gathered in late September for the 2019 Honeywell Operators Conference in Toluca. The conference gave business aircraft owners, operators, pilots and maintenance chiefs a chance to hear about Honeywell developments and meet face-to-face with members of the Customer & Product Support team.

“The 2019 conference was a terrific opportunity for us to share information about new Honeywell products, services and software solutions,” said Paco Perez Ávila, Americas C&PS Director for Honeywell. “But just as importantly, it was a chance for us to hear directly from the operators who use our products in the field every day, get their feedback and thank them for doing business with Honeywell.”

A wide range of topics were covered during the day-long session, providing conference participants with useful information about Honeywell engines, auxiliary power units and other mechanical and avionics systems.

Subject covered included changes to TFE731 service intervals, Honeywell’s signature Maintenance Service Programs, updates on the Pilot Gateway, and the GoDirect portfolio of services, tools and applications. Participants also took part in sessions exploring Jetwave and ways business jet operators can reduce operating costs.

“For the operators, these conferences provide a unique opportunity to meet with Honeywell employees who can answer their questions and address their concerns one-on-one,” Paco said. “We were able to discuss technical issues that are complex in nature and have an open discussion to make sure everyone is on the same page.”

Just as importantly, the Toluca conference helped build relationships between the Honeywell customer support team members and operators in this dynamic part of the world, he continued. “This forum also allowed us to build a network that customers can draw on in the future,” Paco said. “Thanks to this event, customers can put a ‘face’ on Honeywell and know that we are there to help them, any time anywhere.”
