  • Schedule follow-up and effective reviews.
How do suppliers register for eCATS?

To access eCATS, suppliers must complete a two-part registration:

1.  Honeywell ID Registration:

  • Suppliers create a Honeywell ID by clicking "Don't have Honeywell ID? Register" on the sign-in page, handled through the Common Web Authentication (CWA) site, which is separate from eCATS.
  • If suppliers already have a Honeywell ID from other applications (like the Supplier Portal), they can use that same ID.

2. eCATS User Profile Registration:

After obtaining their Honeywell ID, suppliers register by selecting “New Supplier/Customer users please register here.”

Do I need a Honeywell ID to access eCATS?

Yes, a Honeywell ID is required for suppliers to access eCATS and its functionalities.

Who should suppliers contact if they encounter issues during registration?

Suppliers should log in at least once every month to ensure their account remains active and to avoid disruptions.

What resources are available for first-time users of eCATS?
