Predictive Engine Health: Honeywell & CAMP Extend Partnership

Honeywell Aerospace and CAMP Systems International recently extended the long-term agreement for engine health monitoring (EHM) services through 2036. CAMP, the aviation industry’s largest provider of maintenance tracking and engine health monitoring solutions, has partnered with Honeywell since 2013 to support its TFE, and HTF7000 (AS907) engine families to power thousands of business aircraft worldwide.

Under the renewed 10-year agreement, CAMP will continue to serve as Honeywell’s factory-endorsed provider of EHM services, combining Honeywell’s advanced diagnostic tools with CAMP’s global analysis platform and expert health monitoring team. 

Together, the two companies deliver actionable insights that improve reliability, lower costs, and keep aircraft flying.

CAMP currently supports thousands of Honeywell-powered engines in service. Every month, its analysts rapidly process and interpret data from across the fleet — including engine performance trends, SOAP reports and real-time logger data. The Honeywell engineering team collaborates with CAMP to regularly review algorithms and patterns that detect, identify and proactively address potential issues before they become costly problems that disrupt operations. This collaboration helps avoid costly unscheduled events, reduces downtime and increases dispatch availability. 

CAMP’s platform also integrates Honeywell’s diagnostic applications — including the Honeywell Engine Analysis Toolkit (HEAT), the Honeywell Diagnostics Application (HDA) and advanced performance-trending algorithms — into its maintenance tracking and health monitoring services. Delivered through CAMP’s secure portal and digital tools, operators receive a unified view of aircraft health, compliance and upcoming maintenance requirements.

Looking ahead, CAMP and Honeywell are collaborating to expand predictive maintenance capabilities for MSP customers through Honeywell’s newly launched connectivity suite, Ensemble. By incorporating real-time engine data into CAMP’s EHM platform, operators gain enhanced predictive insights, faster troubleshooting and new levels of proactive maintenance planning.
