ExecuJet Malaysia and Honeywell Hold First Joint-Demo and Training Workshop

ExecuJet Malaysia and Honeywell Hold First Joint-Demo and Training Workshop

Honeywell, together with ExecuJet Malaysia, held their first joint demo and training workshop in South East Asia. Held at The Saujana Hotel and Resort in Shah Alam, over 20 attendees had signed up from various aerospace companies including AirAsia, Tag Aviation and Berjaya Air to attend this inaugural event. The full-day event consisted of a half-day training session for ExecuJet staff in the morning, while the second half was focused on customers.

The training session was aimed at enhancing the knowledge of ExecuJet staff on Honeywell’s services and connectivity products, JetwaveHoneywell Aviation Protection Plan (HAPP) and Maintenance Service Plan (MSP).

For the workshop portion, this delved deeper into a selected few topics touching other aspects of JetWave, GoDirect, HAPP and MSP that was not highlighted at the recent Operator Conference in August. Some examples included the recent customer success stories for HAPP and JetWave, HAPP’s optional Consigned Inventory Management (CIM) and In Lieu of Warranty (ILOW). As part of this workshop, ExecuJet also had exclusivity delivering some key notes as part of the partnership for this event.

“Having a smaller and more compact workshop with ExecuJet Malaysia, allowed us to broach more and in-depth with our customers,” said BGA APAC Leader Amit Kaul. “It also demonstrates another aspect of how Honeywell works with key Channel Partners to enhance and strengthen the relationship, making them an extension of our business to grow together.”

ExecuJet is a Honeywell authorized dealer for avionics, connectivity and mechanical services. Part of the Luxaviation group since 2015, the company has facilities around the world certified to work on many business jets, conducted many installations/upgrades across a wide variety of platforms and can sell Honeywell Avionics Protection Plans (HAPP). Most recently, they had successfully installed their first JetWave system at their South African site.

“This first joint workshop was a fruitful business venture for us working with Honeywell,” commented ExecuJet Malaysia General Manager Ivan Lim. “They took the time to train our people technically and business wise to enhance the knowledge in many aspects of their services. They also gave a more in-depth information on many topics of HAPP, MSP and Connectivity Services. We want to do more of these in the future as this gives our customers and ExecuJet a better understanding of the business.”
