How do I use the virtual chatbot?

Once logged into the Aerospace Customer portal, you will be able to see the Virtual Chatbot icon on the bottom right side of the page (shown below):

To start using the Aerospace Customer Virtual Chatbot, simply click on the icon and begin by clicking any option of the Virtual Chatbot menu.

At this time, our virtual chatbot, is available to help retrieve the following information:

  • Order Status
  • Price & Part Availability
  • Create Order
  • Edit & Cancel Order
  • FAQ
  • Technical Support
  • Service Plan & Warranty Claim
  • Airway Bill Number & 8130 Tags
  • Credit & Invoice
  • Returns

This icon will be available when you navigate to the following pages:

  • Aerospace Customer Portal Homepage
  • Online Ordering
  • Order Status
  • Technical Support
  • Contact Us
  • Quotes Status

If you are not getting an expected answer from our FAQ section and you are looking to speak to an agent, please click on the Not Helpful icon after the answer is displayed.
