To request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), please complete the below steps. A case number will be issued to you and our support team will notify you if your request has been approved. Upon approval, an RMA will be provided to you.

Steps:

1. Download the Microelectronics & Precision Sensors RMA Request Form.

2. Save a copy of the template to your computer, and then complete the template. If you need help filling out this form, please email RMA-SSEC-MN14@honeywell.com.
