How do I contact Honeywell about my order?

Log into account and navigate to your order details page via the Order Status application (Purchase > Orders > Order Status). From the order detail page:

1. Click Contact Honeywell toward the bottom of the page

2. Fill out the web form, add attachments, if desired
Note: the web form selections are different for Repair orders

3. Click Save
