How to place a buyer furnished equipment (BFE) order online?

How to Place a Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) Order Online

1. Navigate to online ordering by clicking here
2. Search for the part number covered by a Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) Contract

3. Identify your Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) contract by observing the text "BFE" in in the radio button selection area of the product information page

Note: if the BFE contract pricing isn't available online, please use the Pricing Exception process here
If you are unable to add the part to your cart, please submit your order here

4. Select the BFE contract by clicking the radio button
5. Click Add to Cart

6. Select your Aircraft Make & Model View Order Status
7. Enter Aircraft Tail Number, Aircraft Serial Number, or both (at least one value must be entered)
8. Click Continue

9. Advance to Cart, proceed to checkout and submit the order. The order will be flagged as a Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) order indicating special handling by Honeywell
