Overview

The Leonardo AW139 helicopter features leading edge technology, including Epic 2.0 Phase 8 integrated avionics. The latest Phase 8 upgrade supports a variety of helicopter missions including corporate and VIP transport, oil and gas, law enforcement, health and emergency services, as well as search and rescue operations. With an industry first track based SVS that is usable on approach all the way down to the hover and approved for 9 degree steep approaches, operators will benefit from having clear-sky-day-VFR levels of situational awareness in the most demanding terrain and weather conditions.

Honeywell technology also enables high-speed connectivity through our Aspire 200 satellite communication system. The Sky Connect Tracker offers the ability to talk and text from the aircraft, also provides a tracking service for your fleet, no matter where they are in the world. Real-time data sharing for monitoring the health of the helicopter becomes easy with Honeywell’s Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS).
