Honeywell, Topcast Expand Exclusive Distribution Agreement For Airline Operators In China

SINGAPORE, 21 FEBRUARY 2024 – At Singapore Airshow 2024, Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) announced an expansion of its exclusive distribution partnership with Topcast, an aircraft parts distributor and MRO service provider. The agreement now with this expansion, covers a suite of products and services comprising a variety of Boeing 737 (B737) mechanical components, systems and sensors for airline operators based in People’s Republic of China, excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau regions.

This collaboration will consolidate Honeywell's distribution for mechanical components and position Topcast as the exclusive distributor for B737 operators seeking Honeywell mechanical, flight systems, and oxygen sensor components, based in People’s Republic of China, excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau regions. This eliminates the need for disparate sourcing, streamlines operations, and mitigates delivery challenges.

Beyond immediate benefits for operators, this exclusive partnership signifies a deeper commitment between two industry leaders. This builds upon previous successful collaborations, proving a shared vision for long-term growth and mutual success. It will benefit the aviation industry in China by enabling more efficient, streamlined maintenance solutions.
