VSE Aviation Enhances Cooperation with Honeywell’s Airlines Group

VSE Aviation Enhances Cooperation with Honeywell’s Airlines Group

VSE Aviation has further strengthened their business relationship with Honeywell Aerospace, making it easier to procure selected parts on several platforms. Under this collaboration, they will now hold inventory at their designated sites in the US and Singapore for the Display Units (DU) GE90 Air Turbine Starters (ATS) and Display Electronics Unit (DEU).

The partnership with VSE Aviation in the Airlines space started with the Display Unit exchange program. It was targeted at the older Boeing 737 and 777 platforms announced in May 2018. The newer DU part numbers are PN 4091900-942 & 4091900-944 for the B737s and PN 4091900-941 & 4091900-943 for the B777s.

The partnership in the GE90 Air Turbine Starters (PN 3505830-13) on the Boeing 777-300ER is one of the highlights of this collaboration. VSE Aviation has been appointed the exclusive global distributor for this LRU, representing Honeywell Aerospace Trading through June 2021.

The other collaboration is the parts exchange program for the DEU on the Boeing 737NG platform. The trade-in program only covers part numbers. PN 4081600-930 (DEU-1) to PN 4081600-940 (DEU-2) through December 2020, and is exclusively for the Asia-Pacific region, except for China.
