When your work grows to become your passion, and you combine it with a continuous ambition to achieve customer satisfaction – you get a recipe for success. Meet Kevin Clemmons, a member of the Honeywell Aerospace Trading team, for whom going above and beyond in his job is the norm.

How long have you been at Honeywell? I have been at Honeywell for 36 years. The last 16 have been with Honeywell Aerospace Trading (HAT). 

Location: I am based in Dallas, Texas. 

What makes the HAT team unique? Honeywell Aerospace Trading is an agile team that works quickly to support our customers’ needs. In addition, we are supported by the experience and scope of Honeywell Aerospace, so when you work with us, you can expect quality assurance and expertise. 

Why do you love your job? The best part of my job is helping customers. Every day I am excited to go to work, and it makes me very proud to go above customers' satisfaction. I am dedicated to our customers and make sure I am responsive.  

What would you like customers to know about the HAT Team? When customers reach out to us, I want them to know that they will be working with someone who is knowledgeable and strives to exceed expectations. Customers like to have an inside connection, and at HAT, we want them to feel confident knowing we won't ever make them wait for help. We are always available to help with any problem or concern a customer has – no matter how big or how small.

Favorite show?  I enjoy NASCAR racing and Blue Bloods.
