We haven't faced any major issues with the Cabin Connectivity Service (CCS) provided by Honeywell. When we had a minor glitch logging in with the GDA being ON and OFF, the issue was resolved with assistance from the Honeywell team. Generally, the service provided by Honeywell to us has been very good and we really appreciate it. After installation and flying the aircraft from U.S., the crew and passengers did not face any issues surfing the Internet. We are very much satisfied with the current performance of the CCS provided by Honeywell.
