Peter Zeeb

Chairman, US Global Customer Committee

Peter has had over 32 years of experience in the aerospace business from handling line maintenance duties and lead technician responsibilities, all the way up to his current role as Chief of Maintenance for Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada. Although he has worked with Honeywell products for many years, Peter began working directly with Honeywell via the NBAA Technical committee. In 2005, the committee launched an avionics sub-committee, of which he was an inaugural member. By working to increase the attention to avionics issues, and by working closely with operators to resolve these issues, Peter helped drive greater participation throughout the organization. This enabled a smooth transition to the Global Customer Committee when it was launched in 2009, which allowed the committee to now include worldwide participation.

Peter believes that the key value the GCC has provided him is in understanding the processes Honeywell has to go through in order to get products to market. The GCC is critical in helping Honeywell understand what customers are truly needing and valuing. When asked about the importance of the Global Customer Committee, Peter states, "Tapping into committee talent is paramount to knowing what needs to be done to make these product improvements. I'm always amazed by the amount of talent in the room."
