As a Honeywell Authorized partner, Duncan Aviation offers a range of engine services including major periodic inspections (MPI), core zone inspections (CZI), hot section inspections (HSI) and other major maintenance. Duncan Aviation is also authorized to support operators with Honeywell MSP and MSP Gold service plans.

In addition to an in-house inventory of available rental engines, Duncan Aviation has strategically placed 24-hour AOG Rapid Response teams across the United States who are capable of supporting all in-house line services. This means you are never far from 24-hour AOG engine support when you need it most.

AS907 (HTF7000) Honeywell Authorized Engine Services

Duncan Aviation is a AS907 (HTF7000) Series Minor Maintenance Facility with a 4,050 square foot shop. As a sign of commitment to HTF7000 customers, Duncan Aviation has invested significantly in tooling, training and spare parts. Honeywell operators can count on Duncan Aviation for both scheduled and unscheduled events, including 4000, 8000, and 9000 series inspections, as well as capabilities to replace all Hot Section Components (combustion liners, turbine blades and balance work), all bearings, and carbon seals while providing support at customer and remote locations.

TFE731 Engine Services

For over 35 years, Duncan Aviation has been an Authorized TFE731 Major Service Facility, achieving Heavy Authorization in 2016. Duncan Aviation’s state-of-the-art engine overhaul facility in Lincoln, NE features a modern engine test cell and control room to safety and accurately test and certify your engine. Capabilities include Major Periodic Inspection (MPI), Core Zone Inspection (CZI), turbine nozzle testing and adjustment, turbine and compressor blade replacements and balance. In house rework for engine components to reduce customer costs.

Duncan Aviation's network of AOG Rapid Response engine technicals are on-call 24-hours a day, and ready for dispatch anywhere in the world. Our Rapid Response Teams are capable of supporting all in-house line services on the road, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Parts Reclamation Engine Surplus (PRES)

Duncan Aviation is authorized to purchase, inspect, repair as necessary, and re-certify serviceable parts using Honeywell technical information thanks to a PRES agreement with Honeywell. Reclaimed parts offer a lower-cost alternative that allows aging aircraft to continue to provide valuable flight services to their operating companies for longer periods of time.
