Field Service Engineers – Americas

Field Service Engineer - Avionics, Phoenix, Arizona

John entered the aviation industry straight out of college. At first, it was about convenience since Raytheon had a large division in his college town.

Twenty-two years later, he remains in the industry because of great technology advancements every year. He finds it fascinating to see what Honeywell has been able to implement on aircraft.

John is skilled in legacy/Primus Epic avionics, database loading and troubleshooting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Baylor University and a Customer Service Leadership Certificate from the Arizona State University business school.

He also is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and was awarded for a P700A Weather Radar TSO submittal.

John is a native speaker of Laotian and French and is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, he is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
