You may submit AOG orders for Exchange Parts, New Parts and/or Repair Services via Online Ordering. Once you are logged in, select Purchase from the main menu, then Orders, then Online Ordering. AOG orders for Used Parts or Rentals cannot be ordered via Online Ordering. Please call the AOG desk to have the order entered manually: 1-800-601-3099 US/Canada or +1-602-365-3099 International. Tax Exemption Certificate is provided during the New Company Set Up process. For more details, visit the New Company Set Form page.
If you wish to provide a Tax Exemption Certificate for an existing account, you can email it to the Customer Master email address at AeroSAPCustomerMaster@honeywell.com.
