What features will be available?
  • Online Ordering - Magnetic Sensors and Transducers can be placed using our Online Ordering tool for Commercial orders only.
  • Paper PO Form - Microelectronics, Precision Pressure Transducers, Barometers and High Temperature Electronics, as well as any Government orders, please submit your PO using the Paper PO form.
  • Order Status - For order status, check using our online order status tool.
  • RMA Request Form - To request an RMA, please complete the RMA request form. Do not send any hardware back to Honeywell without an RMA.
What parts can be placed using Online Ordering?
  • Magnetic Sensors and Transducers can be placed using our Online Ordering tool for Commercial orders only. In the previous website, marketing part numbers were used. Going forward, please use the ordering part number. Make sure to download the Ordering Part Number list.
How do I place orders for everything else?
  • For any other Microelectronics & Precision Sensor parts, including government orders, please submit an order using the Paper PO Form.
Can I still submit a PO to orders@honeywell.com?
  • Yes, orders can still be sent to orders@honeywell.com, however your order will be processed more quickly if you use one of the online methods (Online Ordering & Paper PO Form).
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
  • When placing an order in Online Ordering, you will see “When will this part ship?”. This date reflects the date that the part(s) are estimated to ship from Honeywell and does not include transit time.

  • You can check Order Status for an estimate.
  • If an order is on hold for additional action, an estimated ship date will not be displayed until the on-hold status has been resolved.
How do I enter my requested delivery date in Online Ordering?
  • Orders placed via Online Ordering will default the customer request date (i.e. ship from Honeywell date) to catalog lead time. The customer request date cannot be less than catalog lead time, but a date beyond catalog lead time can be entered if desired.
How do I request an early shipment or expedite my order?
  • To request an early shipment or to expedite your order, please submit a request through the Change New Parts Order form.
