PC-12 NG Success Story
Honeywell’s Global Customer Committee (GCC) is run by customers, for customers. Members raise and prioritize issues to be worked on. A recent issue on the Pilatus PC-12 NG (PC-12/47E) has been resolved because of the GCC members.
Nuisance faults were causing the Fault History Database (FHDB) to fill prematurely and causing a “MAINT MEMORY FULL” CAS message. The Loadable Diagnostic Information (LDI) is a database that contains specific information pertaining to the maintenance characteristics of the Aircraft Diagnostic and Maintenance System (ADMS). The LDI supplies the necessary operational data to permit the generic Central Maintenance Computer Function (CMCF) to operate within a particular aircraft.
The newly released LDI lessens premature filling of the Fault History Database (FHDB) and generation of the “MAINT MEMORY FULL” CAS message. Pilatus PC-12/47E operators with APEX Operational Software Build 10.14(11.1) are encouraged to update LDI_10_11_02 with PC12_LDI _10_11_04.
