Honeywell Builds Authorized Partner Network in China

Honeywell supports airline customers with a network of Chinese maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) partners. These companies are strategically positioned to support the country’s dynamic marketplace and China’s leading airlines. They are certified and audited by Honeywell and use original factory parts to ensure that service is performed to Honeywell partner standards.

Channel partners in China are authorized to provide customers with a Honeywell-approved support for installation, maintenance, repair, service, and RMUs (Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades).

 “We work very closely with our authorized channel partners in China to make sure airline customers have MRO options and access to superior MRO service and genuine Honeywell parts,” said Andrew Wong, Vice President, Airlines, APAC, Honeywell Aerospace. “We currently have four excellent partners who act as an extension of Honeywell. Using these approved providers will help airlines avoid potential problems with ‘grey market’ parts and unauthorized service centers.”

Honeywell will continue to assess new channel partners in China to strengthen its customer support network to meet the needs the country’s airlines.
