Fly into the Future with a new Honeywell MCDU from Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA)

If you’re still flying with a legacy Honeywell multifunction control display unit (MCDU), now is a great time to future proof your cockpit by upgrading to the latest MCDU-R with a special pricing and trade-in offer from Honeywell and Abu Dhabi Aviation.

The special offer is open to operators of aircraft model Leonard AW 139 helicopters flying with older MCDU-1 and MCDU-2 units.

Special pricing and trade-in allowances are available through the end of 2021.

The legacy units are no longer supported by the Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan – Avionics Components because certain critical parts are no longer being manufactured.

The MCDU-R is a drop-in replacement for the MCDU-1 and MCDU-2, which makes installation of the new equipment by ADA fast and easy. The MCDU-R consists of a keyboard and high-performance liquid crystal display, which can be used to manage various cockpit systems, including the flight management system.
