Rosemary Susai is a Senior In-Service Engineer (ISE) within Honeywell Customer & Product Support (C&PS) team. She evaluates product performance and is a technical specialist in resolving In-service issues reported on Communication, Navigation & Surveillance Systems.
She has been with Honeywell since 2012 and is based in Bangalore, India.

Christophe Murcia 
Christophe Murcia is Principal Engineer in the service engineering team with the Customer & Product Support (C&PS) organization. He is the focal engineer for avionics products on Airbus platforms.
His role is to launch investigations, resolve in-service issues and improve Honeywell product performance. He is involved on all avionics products and his area of expertise is Flight Management System (FMS). He has been with Honeywell since 2008 and is based in Toulouse, France.

Richard Brand
Richard Brand is a Senior Avionics Technical Sales Manager for EMEAI. He works on BFE/SFE, retrofit sales opportunities with the major airline operators and leasing companies within the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia and Western Europe. He has been with Honeywell since 1992 and is based in Basingstoke, UK.
