Satcom1 supports all airtime customers with a team of highly skilled engineers based in Paris, France and San Antonio, Texas.
It is Satcom1’s support philosophy to be able to step in and take full responsibility when a customer experiences problems. That includes troubleshooting, both from a remote location, but also at the customer’s site. We also work together with the different hardware manufacturers to diagnose and replace faulty equipment, including to suggest improvements in the network architecture on-board the aircraft and upgrading to the latest Inmarsat technologies.
