Honeywell’s Channel Partner Advisory Board Discusses Strategy Development

From May 2nd to 4th, 22 participants representing 12 Channel Partners including the EMAI and American regions met for the Channel Partner Advisory Board (CPAB) meeting. The CPAB represents Honeywell Aerospace’s retail distribution, the global network of dealers and maintenance as well as repair and overhaul (MRO) centers that act as an extension of Honeywell by providing service and support to the business aviation community.

Topics discussed included strategy development for the Channel Partner network alongside Honeywell in order to be more competitive with the Grey Market. Creation of the Premier Channel Partner Program was also a highlight of these conversations. Finally, working teams were created to address issues like exchange fees and HAT used serviceable material to provide a quickly collaborative resolution including concerns and ideas from the network.
