Honeywell Aerospace channel partner M International combines the resources of four strong maintenance, repair and overhaul companies with a complete Honeywell engine-parts distribution center. Founded by Richard McConn in 1979, M International has grown both its capabilities and relationship with Honeywell over the last three decades.
“It all started for us with providing MRO services for the Honeywell T53 engine and just grew from there,” said Rob Ruck, M International President and CEO. “We share Honeywell’s passion and commitment for meeting customers’ needs and keeping aircraft in the air, which is a solid foundation for success in the helicopter industry. There’s no substitute for a good reputation and we’ve always focused on integrity and competence as the hallmarks of our business.”
The four businesses that comprise M International are Mint Turbines, Airborne Engines, Southwest Fuel Systems and Keystone Turbine Services. Mint Turbines, Airborne Engines and Southwest Fuel Systems specialize in factory-authorized MRO services on the T53 engine while Keystone Turbine Services is an Authorized Warranty and Repair Station (AWARS) for the LTS101 power plant. M International also is a Honeywell-authorized distributor of spare engine parts for T53 and T55 engines.
M International has earned an industry-wide reputation for quality and reliability. In recent years the company has focused on continuous improvement and creating an exceptional experience tailored to customers’ individual needs.
As the business has grown managers have focused on building a world-class workforce, from the front offices to the shop floor, and providing the processes, tools and training workers need to satisfy customers. In all about 175 people work at M International and its affiliated companies.
