More than 200 commercial helicopter operators, distributors and channel partners gathered with Honeywell helicopter specialists in Louisville, Ky., Feb. 29 for the annual Honeywell Operators Conference (HOC). The conference was held just before the HELI-EXPO Trade Show and Exhibition.
The annual conference provides an opportunity for Honeywell to discuss and share product and service news, including information about current service bulletins and new products and developments that can help operators improve their mission. Honeywell representatives also shared the company’s perspective on helicopter industry trends and discussed ways Honeywell products are improving safety, efficiency and mission effectiveness for helicopter operators.
Just as importantly, the conference provides an opportunity for operators, distributors and channel partners to ask questions, raise issues and let Honeywell representatives know how they can improve the customer experience.
Keynote speaker Gretchen Haskins of HeliOffshore, an organization formed by major providers of offshore operators dedicated to safety, updated attendees on the organization, the importance of helicopter safety initiatives and its efforts to reduce complexity of the helicopter equipment certification process. Honeywell Aerospace is a member of HeliOffshore.
Honeywell would like to thank our 2016 HOC event sponsors – APSCO, M International, Diagnostic Solutions Inc., Prime Turbines and Masco Service. Their commitment to the event was instrumental in providing a productive and enjoyable event for all the attendees.
