Here's an overview of the Repair Capabilities Locator enhancements:
- Advanced Search Functionality: Determines part numbers based on your entry and suggests results matching Honeywell’s parts catalog. Your recent searches will be visible, so you can quickly select the product you search the most.
- Multiple Part Number Searches: Searching multiple part numbers at the same time yields faster results when support for more than one product is needed.
- Detailed Repair Capabilities, Location Information: Results display service locations best suited for repairing the part(s) searched. Repair capability and certifications offered at each repair site is listed, so customers will know exactly where to send their part based on the type of repair and certification they need. Require repairs based on specific criteria? You can now filter your search to match repair needs.
- Repair Location Information: Quickly displays detailed information on where customers should ship their product and purchase order for faster, streamlined repair processing.
