Honeywell Selected a Winner in the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts W3 Awards

October 26, 2015

Honeywell Aerospace wins an Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts W3 Silver Award for their Performance Accelerator.  Receiving over 4,800 entries, The W3 Awards honors outstanding Websites, Web Marketing, Web Video, Mobile Sites/Apps & Social content created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide.

Over the last year, Honeywell Aerospace has been focused on improving the customer experience with the Performance Accelerator—a tool that simplifies the management of service bulletins. Customers no longer have to sort through service bulletins trying to find those that are most relevant and appropriate to their fleet. With the Performance Accelerator, 12+ steps were reduced to 4, and customers can select service bulletins with confidence that they are adding significant value to their fleets upon adoption.

“We were amazed at the caliber and quality of work we received this year from the smallest agencies to the biggest firms worldwide. As the Web continues to expand in new and exciting ways, our winners continue to truly push the envelope of Internet creativity and web design.” said Linda Day, the director of the IAVA. “On behalf of the 600+ members of The Academy Interactive and Visual Arts, we are honored to recognize our winners as they continue to set a high standard of excellence for Web development.”

The W3 is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a "Who's Who" of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms. AIVA members include executives from organizations such as AgencyNet, AvatarLabs, Big Spaceship, Block Media, Conde Nast, Disney, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Fry Hammond Barr, Microsoft, MTV Networks, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby's Institute of Art, Wired, Yahoo! and many others.
