Honeywell customers have a convenient new option to get 24x7 answers to technical questions.

The new online technical support web site allows a customer to search for technical solutions, view "how-to" videos and access useful tools and information on a wide range of technical subjects relevant to their equipment, all while keeping information confidential to the company.

"We're continuing to add technical solutions to the knowledge management database every day to ensure customers have access to the best possible online technical support information," said Julie Hendrick, GTO Operational Excellence leader.

In addition to getting answers and solutions, the site allows customers to review technical issues being worked by Aerospace Technical Support, submit questions, post comments and communicate via online chat with a technical support engineer.

Users who can't find what they need can simply submit a new technical inquiry or question online without leaving the site, or click "Ask us a question" to submit a question to a technical support engineer.
