Honeywell has developed a new customer training video that highlights the company’s commitment to ensuring that our customer base has the most up-to-date information on condition based maintenance solutions. The video features Jon Kelley, Sr. Director of Maintenance Services, and Charles DiSano, Director CBM & HUMS, as they provide an introduction to the concepts of Condition Based Maintenance and Honeywell's Health and Usage Monitoring (HUMS).

Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) solutions and services have matured through more than 20 years of world-class applications. Vibration monitoring systems are designed to collect, process and interpret data generated by the various components within an aircraft’s drive train, including engines, gearboxes, shafts, fans, rotor systems and other dynamic components. Collected data can be viewed at the aircraft, within the test cell or any other platform location by the maintainer.

Honeywell's Health and Usage Monitoring Systems enable operators to make key maintenance decisions for helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, unmanned air vehicles and ground vehicles. Better maintenance planning means less unplanned downtime, faster turn-around, and increased availability.

Honeywell can deliver integrated service offerings that no other competitor can offer – product pedigree coupled with domain knowledge and an expertise in diagnostics that delivers best in class condition based maintenance solutions.
