The Global Customer Committee (GCC) is an independent group of nearly 80 business aviation professionals worldwide that works jointly with Honeywell to bring about improvements in aircraft, equipment, operations and services.
Among its most effective tools are the series of face-to-face (F2F) meetings held in various worldwide regions, which seek input from members on any concerns or questions based on the operator’s experience and represent those topics to Honeywell.
The Spring 2015 F2F meetings are getting ready to kick off with an exciting schedule of events. For the first time, the Europe, Middle East, Africa, India (EMEAI) GCC team will lead off this year’s meetings April 21-22 in Istanbul, Turkey. A member of the Honeywell Flight Training Department will be joining the group to further support ongoing efforts to expand the pilot and operational membership of the GCC.
Meanwhile, the Americas GCC meeting will be conducted in Phoenix the following week, April 28-30, at Honeywell's Deer Valley operation featuring a special new technologies session on April 30.
The Honeywell Marketing and Product Management organization will be leading this effort to engage the GCC members in discussions over not only Honeywell initiatives but industry technology trends as well.
The Asia-Pacific (APAC) meeting will be conducted in Hong Kong May 13-14 with a Honeywell Operators Conference closing out the week on May 15.
"As we continue to focus on growing the pilot and operations membership across the globe, we will also have a representative from the Honeywell Flight Training department supporting these meetings in Hong Kong," said Israel San Pedro, Honeywell Regional GCC leader.
