The Honeywell MyAerospace portal now has a new feature which provides users an alternate support option when looking for technical answers. Customers can now seek out technical support on their own schedule, any time of the day or night.
The new Technical Support Self Service Community provides customers the ability to view their own company’s technical issue cases currently in progress and also the ability to search for answers and videos on a wide range of technical subjects relevant to their equipment. Additionally, they can submit a new issue or question online and even communicate with an engineer via live chat. Our knowledge base of solutions is growing on a daily basis.
